Refund policy

Make Up Classes / Workshop & Refund policy:

For the in-person and online workshops: 

  • 100% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled within 4 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.
  • 50% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled between 4-20 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.
  • 25% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled after 21 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.
  • No refund if it's < 96 hours of workshop start time; what so ever reason & booking time.
  • Since these are group workshops, there is no make up workshops or partial refund. 

After-school online classes:

  • There is no contact; you pay for fixed term; month to month or discounted multi-months. Paid fees are non-refundable 
  • If you are discontinuing class then person who registered the child needs to inform us in writing (email: hello@inspirely.education), 10 calendar days before 1st calendar day of the month.
  • Private classes: No make-up class will be offered if your child is absent with inadequate notice -
    whatsoever reason (less than 24 hours).
  • Group classes: A maximum of one make-up class will be arranged based on the educator's availability
    within a 4-6 week time frame if your child is absent with adequate notice (more than 24 hours).

    whatsoever reason (less than 24 hours).
  • Extended absences: If your child will remain absent for an extended period of time (i.e., more than a
    month), please speak with us in advance.
  • Pre-authorized payment save $5 per month. You can also opt for e-transfer. However, there is late payment fee of $10 for each occurrence. 

Online March break / summer camps:

 

  • 100% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled within 4 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.
  • 50% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled between 4-20 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.
  • 25% refund minus 5% transaction processing & admin charge if cancelled after 21 days of booking and > 96 hours of workshop start time.

DIY STEAM Kits:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; undamaged and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enrollment@inspirely.education. The cost of return will be responsibility of buyer unless there is defect in the product. Damage caused in the shipping is not the responsibility of INSPIRELY | STEAM Education.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items from INSPIRELY bank reward catalogue, purchased made at onsite trade shows, electronic digital goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
