Refund Policy For Camps:

All camp registration fees are subject to ‘No Risk’ credit or payment refund as stated below. 

Options for refund:

• Store credits are immediate. 
• Payment refund might take 7 days of bank processing. 3% transaction fee will apply.
• Camp switch over is allowed if spot is available; fee difference at the time of change may apply. It's not guaranteed though.
• Excellent wide options to use store credits: It can be used towards awesome DIY STEAM Kits, online children workshop passes, wide range after-school classes, giving as a gift (card) of creativity to friends and family.  

All cancellations must be sent in writing, email to: hello@inspirely.education. Please note that for each eligible refund, 5% bank processing & charge will be retained.  

March Break 2024 Refund Policy:

• Up to Feb 15, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately.
• 100% payment refund.

• Up to March 1, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately.
• 100% payment refund if cancelled within 36 hours of booking. There after, 50% refund. 

• Up to March 5, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately, if camp start time > 48 hours). 50% if cancelled within 48 hours of camp start time. 
• 100% payment refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (camp start time > 48 hours). There after, 25% refund.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of camp start date (booked > 24 hours).
• Camp switch over available if spot available (not guaranteed).

Summar Camp 2024 Refund Policy:

• Up to May 31, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately.
• 100% payment refund.

• Up to June 15, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately.
• 100% payment refund if cancelled within 36 hours of booking. There after, 75% refund.

• Up to Aug 29, 2024:
• 100% store credit, available immediately, if camp start time > 48 hours). 50% if cancelled within 48 hours of camp start time. 
• 100% payment refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (camp start time > 48 hours). There after, 25% refund.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of camp start date (booked > 24 hours).
• Camp switch over available if spot available (not guaranteed).

Online Camp(s) Requirements and Guidelines:

• For children DIY project activities & zoom joining, we send material preparation list 7 days in advance of camp start date. Please get in touch if you do not receive it.
• Before you contact us, please check your spam folder as sometimes email might ended up there. In that case, please mark our email as safe. to receive future email to get inside your email "Inbox".
• At INSPIRELY, we strive to provide pleasant learning experience. To achieve that and to keep your child and other attending children safe, we ask all parents / guardians to digitally fill up & sign separate registration, terms & conditions and waiver forms. Please expect to receive it before camp starts. 
• To participate, your child will require a computer with stable internet connection and will need to download Zoom video conference software.
• Admission to the camp will only be granted if the Zoom display name matches either the adult who registered the child or the registered child's name.
• The adult registering the child is responsible for supervising the child at home.
• For programs that require software/app downloads, you are responsible for confirming device compatibility and for downloading the software at least 24 hours in advance of the camp start date.
• A phone is not recommended to attend the camp due to the small screen size.
• A quite & safe comfortable place to attend the camp is highly recommended. 

Refund Policy For Classes:

At INSPIRELY, we strive to provide delightful learning experience for your child.

We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a class. With this in mind, we have put together a refund and cancellation policy that we believe is fair and reasonable for students and teachers.

Please find below the key points of our policy:

• Fees paid for classes are non-refundable.
• You can cancel monthly classes by giving 10 working days' notice before the next billing period.

Make-up classes for absence:

• Private classes: Adequate Notice (more then 24 hours notice): a make-up class will be arranged. 
• Private classes: Not adequate notice (less then 24 hours notice): No make-up class will be arranged. 
• Group classes: A maximum of one make-up class (per two months period) will be arranged based on the educator's availability within a 4-6 week time frame if your child is absent with adequate notice (more than 24 hours).
• Group classes: No make-up class will be offered if your child is absent with inadequate notice whatsoever reason (less than 24 hours).
• Extended absences: If your child will remain absent for an extended period of time (i.e., more than a month), please speak with us in advance.
