Students assemble a working model, test what it does, and explain what they discovered. With the Dynamo Generator Power House, they can turn a wheel to generate light, change one condition, and observe the result.
Teachers can use the accompanying guide to plan the activity around their class. It includes grade-based teaching pathways, discussion prompts, an investigation, a student engineering journal, and assessment tools such as an exit ticket and rubric. Select the parts that fit your learning goals and available time.

Plan a school fundraiserA few things you may be wondering
Do we need to book an Inspirely workshop?
No. You can order kits for your school to use in a classroom, at an event, or as a take-home build. If you need extra help planning a larger activity, get in touch.
Can we offer more than one kit at our event?
Yes. For a smaller group, you can mix projects. For a larger event, we recommend starting with the same kit for everyone. Once your team has run a few events, you may feel ready to offer a choice of builds.
Do the kits come with teaching resources?
Kit instructions are provided. Teacher guides and classroom resources are available for selected projects. Check the individual kit details or ask us which resources are available for the builds you’re considering.
How does an Inspirely school fundraiser work?
We offer special kit pricing and a give-back arrangement for participating schools. Tell us about your school and the event you have in mind, and we’ll explain the options and agree on the details with you.
Is there anything extra for our school?
Depending on the fundraiser, Inspirely may be able to provide a small personalized wooden keepsake, such as a tabletop sign with your school’s name or a teacher’s or principal’s name. Ask us what’s available when we plan your fundraiser.
Can a parent council use these for a PRO Grant event?
The kits can be part of a hands-on parent engagement activity. Your school or board should confirm whether the proposed purchase and event fit its grant plan and purchasing rules.
