For Nonprofits & Community Organizations

You focus on your community. We help make the program happen.

Build a program that brings people together and delivers hands-on learning. Inspirely can help shape and run an agreed community STEM experience, with practical support from planning through closeout. If your team prefers to lead, shop our kits and resources for a self-run event.

We understand the work behind the program

The community need is clear. Making the program happen takes more.

Your organization is balancing the people it serves with the planning, funding and accountability that make a program sustainable.

Community members discuss local needs together

A program people can join

Creating a scalable program that genuinely brings neighbours together takes time, staff capacity and a strong fit with the community.

Nonprofit team develops a proposal and budget

A proposal funders can picture

Turning an idea into a credible scope, budget and delivery plan is demanding, especially when the funding application needs a clear path to impact.

Nonprofit staff review feedback and program records

An accountable closeout

After delivery, gathering records, participant feedback and a clear account of what happened adds another layer of work to an already stretched team.

Community and supplier credentials

A practical partner for hands-on learning.

Inspirely is a Brampton-based STEM kit supplier and a CAMSC Certified Supplier. We work with organizations to match projects, participant needs and delivery responsibilities to the program they want to run.

Two ways to work with Inspirely

Choose the support your team needs.

Start with a delivery partner or bring the kits into a program you already run.

01 / Implementation partner

Lead the community. We help deliver the program.

Tell us about your people, goals, timing and funding stage. We can help shape a practical concept, scope our delivery role, supply materials and agree on the activities and records needed for closeout. Your organization stays close to the people and relationships that matter.

Plan a community STEM program

02 / Run it with your team

Choose kits and check out when ready.

Already have facilitators or volunteers? Select a hands-on project, choose your quantities and order the kits directly. The kit instructions and available supporting resources help your team prepare the activity.

Program possibilities

Build a moment that fits your community.

The format, audience and delivery responsibilities are agreed with your organization before the program begins.

Child and facilitator test an Inspirely Hydraulic Bridge

Community STEM build event

Bring families or neighbours together around a working project they can build, test and take home. We can help plan the flow, materials and facilitation.

Mentor guides teenagers through a discovery challenge

Discover Your Passion workshops

Give students in Grades 5–10 a chance to explore future paths through themed challenges and expert perspectives. We agree on topics and delivery format together.

Children test Inspirely Ferris Wheel and Dynamo Generator Power House kits in a spacious engineering STEM lab, while mentors and university interns support projects at different stages.

A connected series

Combine hands-on builds and discovery sessions across multiple dates, giving participants time to return, try new things and stay engaged.

Grandfather and granddaughter paint the front of an Inspirely Dynamo Generator Power House with a terracotta roof at a community workshop.

A build to make together. A memory to take home.

When a child and an adult work through a challenge side by side, the activity becomes a shared moment. Inspirely’s wooden STEM kits give participants something tangible to build, test and talk about.

From community goal to delivered program.

We agree on the scope, roles and closeout needs before work begins.

1. Shape the plan

Tell us who you serve, what you hope to achieve, the setting, timeline and funding stage. We develop a practical format and delivery scope with you.

2. Run the experience

We supply the agreed kits and resources and, when scoped, help coordinate or facilitate the activities with your team.

3. Close out clearly

We provide the agreed delivery records and input for your reporting so your organization can explain what took place.

Experience in community delivery

An implementation partnership with FRCS.

Inspirely worked with Family Rejoice Community Services (FRCS) as an implementation partner. It shows how a nonprofit can lead its community relationships and goals while Inspirely takes on an agreed role in bringing the program to life.

Self-run STEM kit program

Choose a build your group will be proud to finish.

A working Ferris wheel. A bridge that rises. A house that generates power. Select the projects and quantities for your community activity, then add them to your cart. For a funded program or a larger group, we can help you plan the format and scope.

Questions about community programs

Can Inspirely be our implementation partner for a funded program?

Yes. We can shape an agreed delivery role with your organization, from program planning and materials to facilitation and closeout input. Funding terms and the statement of work determine the final scope.

Can we run the activity ourselves and just order kits?

Yes. Choose kits and quantities in the shop section above. Each kit has project instructions, and we can discuss available supplemental resources for your setting.

Can the program include families as well as youth?

Yes. We can discuss formats that bring children, parents, caregivers and other community members together, with appropriate kit selection and supervision.

Can you help us shape a funding proposal?

We can discuss the program concept, format, materials, delivery role and practical inputs for your proposed budget. Your organization remains responsible for its application and funder requirements.

What can be included for the final report?

We agree on useful delivery records and closeout input in advance. Your team remains responsible for the funder submission and any reporting requirements outside our agreed role.

Can we start with one event before planning a series?

Yes. A focused event can help your team understand turnout, participant response, logistics and the right next step.
